Ingredients
- 12 pcs steamed pink shrimp tails see recipe
- 1 pc ripe avocado
- 1 pc red apple
- 2-3 pcs Chinese celery stalks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the red apple and avocado into cubes.Cut the Chinese celery stalks into sticks.
- Gently toss the red apples, avocado, celery and shrimp tails with the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.Refrigerate the salad for 20 minutes before serving.
