Strawberries with No-Bake Cheesecake Filling
It is the strawberry season again! We have already shared our no-bake cheesecake served with cherries, but there are many other ways to present this delicious dessert.

Strawberries in season
At the market today, we came across giant strawberries and decided to fill them directly with the creamy cheesecake mix. No mess or fuss or extra container, and as a bonus no added washing up! A great recipe and fun summer activity with the kids.

Cheesecake Filled Strawberries
It is the strawberry season again!

Ingredients
- 20 pcs large fresh strawberries
For the cheesecake filling
- 110 gr cream cheese
- 130 gr sour cream or crème fraiche
- 40 gr cream
- 1 pc vanilla pod scraped
- ½ pc lemon zest
- 40 gr icing sugar
Instructions
Prepare the cheesecake mixture
- Whisk all ingredients together to get a smooth and creamy texture.Place the cheesecake mix into a piping bag.
Prepare the strawberries
- Wash and pat dry the strawberries and use a melon baller to scoop out the centre.
- Fill with the cheesecake mix and garnish with pistachios or other ground nuts.
- Keep in the fridge and consume on the same day.
