No-Bake Cherry Delight in Jars
No-bake desserts are always welcome on the menu, even for professional cooks!
We love desserts with fruit and this one is somewhere on the top of our list. It has crunch, it’s creaminess, and it is refreshing! Once you make it, you will want to keep it in your recipe book.
This no-bake cherry delight only needs a few ingredients, and it is ready in a flash ????. We have added some personal touches and exchanged traditional crackers for delicious speculoos, flavoured the cream cheese with kirsch, and we used lime zest to balance the sourness with the sweetness.
We still had homemade cherry pie filling which we made while cherries were in season but a shop bought variety is also good.
There is no need to skip dessert anymore. Serve it in a fancy cobbler glass or jars. This no-bake delight is just perfect!
