Jack the Ripper Cocktail

Cocktails are often created to fit any season. Halloween is no different, and you will find a variety of cocktails with the famous name of Jack the Ripper. It is unlikely you will find this cocktail with the exact same ingredients, but this is the perfect name to go with the spooky Halloween theme and many scary Halloween food treats.

We use carrot juice for this recipe to represent the warm fall colours. We recommend using store-bought juice because it will not separate in the glass like freshly made juice would.

The glass can be anything of your choice, and in keeping with the Halloween spirit and theme, we are using skull glasses.
