  • Wash and remove all the dirt off and dry the potatoes.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 220°C.
  • Add a minimum of oil and a few knobs of butter to a sheet of foil.

  • Use a fork or a skewer to poke some holes into the potatoes which allow the steam to exit during the baking process.
  • Wrap the potatoes in the foil and place in the air fryer but don’t overcrowd it.

  • Bake for 30 minutes and check the doneness with a fork or a skewer. Add a few minutes if needed.

  • Make a criss-cross cut, open the potato slightly and top with the filling of your choice.
