  • 20 cl watermelon juice
  • 20 cl vodka (adults only)
  • 5 cl lime juice
  • 5 cl sugar syrup
  • Sparkling wine or soda
  • Fresh mint

For the garnish

  • Lemon wheels and mint

Instructions
 

  • Empty the watermelon, remove the seeds and blend it.
  • Pour all ingredients in the ‘bowl’ and top up with sparkling wine or soda.
  • Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh mint.
