Ham Rolls with Macédoine Vegetables
This is a favourite with kids. You not only get them to eat vegetables, but they also usually find it fun to help prepare this dish.
- 200 gr macédoine
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
Combine the vegetable macédoine with the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and toss well to coat.
Lay one slice of ham on a plate or flat surface. Spoon vegetable macédoine on it and make a roll or cylinder. Garnish with fresh herbs and chill until ready to serve.
