  • Use a soft brush to wash and clean the Jerusalem artichokes and break them into smaller knobs if necessary. Slice the Jerusalem artichoke into thin slices.

  • Bake the slices at 190°C in multiple small batches in the air fryer for perfect crispiness. If needed, coat the slices with a little oil to prevent oxidation.

  • Add the fresh rosemary leaves 4-5 minutes before the cooking time is over. Sprinkle some sea salt and serve

Notes

It is unnecessary to peel the Jerusalem artichoke if you wash and brush them well.
