Fresh cherry salsa is another easy recipe that brings summer to your plate!
- 250 gr fresh sour cherries
- 1 pc chopped shallot
- 1 pc lemon juiced
- 25 gr fresh coriander
- 1 pc long red chili
- Olive oil
Wash the fresh cherries, remove the stems, pit them and cut into quarters.
Wash, clean, and chop the fresh coriander. Remove the seeds of the long red chili and dice.
Combine the cherries with the shallots, ½ lemon juice, diced red chili, chopped coriander, salt, fresh ground pepper and 2-3 tbsp virgin olive oil, refrigerate.
