  • 2 tbsp hot chili powder
  • 1 tbsp dried orange peel
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp Szechuan pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp toasted nori sheet


  • Toast the sesame, Szechuan and poppy seeds.

  • When the toasted spices are cold, coarsely grind all ingredients together.
