Wash and remove all the dirt off and dry the potatoes.
Set the air fryer temperature to 220°C.
Add a minimum of oil and a few knobs of butter to a sheet of foil.
Use a fork or a skewer to poke some holes into the potatoes which allow the steam to exit during the baking process.
Wrap the potatoes in the foil and place in the air fryer but don’t overcrowd it.
Bake for 30 minutes and check the doneness with a fork or a skewer. Add a few minutes if needed.
Make a criss-cross cut, open the potato slightly and top with the filling of your choice.
