  • Boil both corns on the cob in water until they are soft. Cut the kernels from the cobs.

  • Combine the kernels with the stock and the cream and boil for a few minutes.

  • Pass thorugh a fine sieve. Season to taste.

Notes

  • Canned corn kernels don’t need boiling before combining with the stock and the cream.
