  • 8 pcs egg yolks
  • 20 gr vanilla sugar
  • 300 gr sugar
  • 250 gr evaporated milk
  • 150 gr pure alcohol

Instructions
 

  • Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and the evaporated milk,and whisk well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
