Lassi is a smoothie made with yoghurt that originated in India. Add water, spices, some fruit et voil\u00e0 a healthy breakfast ready in minutes! The Indians have lassi to compliment spicy food which means you can have it all day long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose your favourite Greek yoghurt, low-fat or full fat and add any fruit of your choice. Fresh, frozen or canned can be used, whatever is most handy, but make sure to taste before you use the fruit so you can decide the amount of sweetness that needs to be added. Make it your own and diversify your breakfast<\/a> tomorrow; you probably already have the necessary ingredients at home for this popular drink. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
