Vegan Meatballs in a Rich Tomato Sauce
Vegan meatballs are as good as regular meatballs if you follow our recipe! We must admit that the plant-based meat we use is delicious, and combining it with onions, garlic, and extra herbs make you forget it is a vegan dish!

Variations of vegan meatballs
Cheese ‘meatballs’ – Add shredded vegan Parmesan or Romano cheese before combining the ingredients. You can also press a cube of cheese into the centre of each ball.
Sweet and sour ‘meatballs’ – Make a sweet and sour tomato sauce and add pineapple to it.
Red curry ‘meatballs’ – Exchanging the Italian herbs for lemongrass and coriander will add Thai flavours and making a red curry instead of tomato sauce make it a worthy Thai dish.
Teriyaki ‘meatballs’ – Adding ginger to the meatball mixture will add some zing. Once baked or fried, serve them with a delicious teriyaki sauce.
