Ham rolls are a favourite with kids. You not only get them to eat vegetables, but they also usually find it fun to help prepare this dish.
Make fresh macédoine or use some left over from an ‘adult’ preparation, mix it with mayonnaise and then roll the ham with a good amount of this vegetable mix. They will love to see these rolls in their lunch boxes.
Let the children decorate their own plate, the more fun they have cooking, the more food they will want to try.
