Easy Ham Rolls with Macédoine Vegetables
Ham rolls are a favourite with kids. You not only get them to eat vegetables, but they also usually find it fun to help prepare this dish.

Make fresh macédoine or use some left over from an ‘adult’ preparation, mix it with mayonnaise and then roll the ham with a good amount of this vegetable mix. They will love to see these rolls in their lunch boxes.

Ham Rolls with Macédoine Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 gr macédoine
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine the vegetable macédoine with the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and toss well to coat.
- Lay one slice of ham on a plate or flat surface. Spoon vegetable macédoine on it and make a roll or cylinder. Garnish with fresh herbs and chill until ready to serve.
