Things to consider before buying
There are kitchen drawer organisers made to store knives safely and you won’t have to worry about cutting yourself while grabbing a knife. However, silverware trays need to have slots to fit everything neatly whereas pots and pans are larger and will need a different kind of divider.
Some kitchens may come with drawers that are less suitable for standard organisers. Fear not, although ready-made organisers might not fit, adjustable or expandable models are available.
Although organisers and dividers are usually hidden, you may prefer certain types of material. These range from plastic, wood, bamboo, rubber and metal. We personally prefer organisers that blend with our outside kitchen décor, and colour is also important to us.
